We produce an opening video for the “Ten Best Companies” breakfast each year. It’s a great way to jumpstart the discussion about what really makes a company a great place to work.
While each of the companies we interviewed does great things, one stood out: Graphicast. Look at these two interviews:

This is not a sophisticated video – some interviews, a few stills and background music – but it’s very effective. You clearly see that the employees enjoy working at Graphicast and that they feel valued. You’re emotionally involved and care how they feel. That’s incredibly powerful.
Sometimes when we think of our “audience” we see a mass of people and not individuals. We need to connect each of these individuals to be successful. Compelling and heartfelt testimonials like this can make a huge difference.
