Good things happen when organizations work together. That’s the spirit that Carol and John Thompson bring to the work they do in the Squam Lakes region.
It’s also what brought together four different nonprofits – the Squam Lakes Association, NH Music Festival, Squam Lakes Natural Science Center, and Squam Lakes Conservation Society – to celebrate Carol and John for their contributions and the impact they’ve made.
“The celebration was greatly enhanced by the video – there’s no way anyone could have told that story as powerfully in person, and in that amount of time, said Roger Larochelle, the executive director of the Squam Lakes Conservation Society. “It’s a wonderful story of this treasured community and how so many are working together for the good of all.”
